Projects include the design and development of large bespoke dwellings to the refurbishment and extension of existing houses.
Design development follows a stringent process to ensure the clients aspirations and proposals are realised and illustrated in the most appropriate way.
Our designs often incorporate the use of modern construction methods including SIP panels, timber frame and insulated concrete formwork. An example of which is our design for 3 Bingham Avenue Poole, which was constructed from insulated concrete formwork, this included the basement construction.
Our knowledge of sustainability and design principles aids our ability to meet ever increasing regulatory requirements placed on all house types. An example of which is the necessity for the development at Park Farm Court, Esher to provide at least 25% of its energy through renewable sources. Compliance with which was demonstrated via energy calculations prepared by our accredited SAP assessor.
